Mental maths

In grade 4  we do mental maths every week. To do this what  we need is a piece of mental maths worksheet . On this paper we can find some questions of addition, multiplication, division and subtraction. Our teacher will set the time and what exercise we will do. After 3 minutes or 5 minutes doing the exercises then we need to check  the answers.. It is fun doing it so start doing your mental math now!

Tessellation

This term we have been learning  about tessellation in mathematics.  Look at my picture above. That is a picture of my tessellation that I have made. To make it  you just need to go online to a tesselation website. After that you can put your design into  a  piece  of square  grid paper . You can choose any colors that you want to make it more beautiful. It is  fun to make  the tessellation. so start making tessellation now!

In this work I learnt to be a risk taker because I never made tessellation before. And here I also learned to be caring because I helped my friends to make tessellation with particular patterns that we need to do in the tessellation website.
